We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p> </p> <p>As a Senior Systems Engineer you will be responsible for;</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <div data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Building and maintaining the full systems engineering model for a wide range of customer and project types.Developing core systems engineering artifacts including:</div> </li> <ul> <li>Concept of Operations (ConOps)</li> <li>Requirements solicitation, analysis, and management</li> <li>Use cases and behavioral diagrams</li> <li>System architecture definitions</li> <li>Interface Control Documents (ICDs)</li> <li>Trade studies, risk analysis, and verification plans</li> </ul> <li> <div>Creating systems engineering documentation using traditional tools (Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint) or MBSE platforms (e.g., Cameo, CORE, DOORS, Cradle).</div> </li> <li> <div>Leading or supporting design reviews and preparing all required systems engineering content.</div> </li> <li> <div>Ensuring adherence to ALTEN Technology Quality System processes.</div> </li> <li> <div>Serving as a technical leader across projects of varying size and complexity, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.Communicating requirements, risks, technical issues, and system-level decisions to both internal teams and customers.</div> </li> <li> <div>Supporting integration and verification planning and execution.</div> </li> <li> <div>Managing configuration control and maintaining accurate systems documentation.</div> </li> <li> <div>Monitoring scope creep and providing technical status to project management.</div> </li> <li> <div>Assisting with project estimates and supporting the sales/quoting process.</div> </li> <li> <div>Providing temporary project-management support when the PM is unavailable.</div> </li> <li> <div>Mentoring junior systems engineers as required.</div> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications;</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <div data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical Management.</div> </li> <li> <div>6+ years of engineering or product development experience with demonstrated systems engineering leadership.</div> </li> <li>Must have Aerospace or Defense experience/ Med Device experience </li> <li> <div>Strong understanding of systems engineering processes, requirements development, risk identification, and architecture modeling.</div> </li> <li> <div>Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.</div> </li> <li> <div>Excellent communication skills, incl
