We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p>As Sr. Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for;</p> <p> </p> <div> <ul> <li>Lead the development of complex electronics assemblies from concept development through production deployment.</li> <li>Design high-performance digital and mixed-signal hardware supporting RF systems, communications equipment, telemetry systems, and related applications.</li> <li>Develop circuits utilizing FPGAs, microprocessors, microcontrollers, memory devices, and other programmable technologies.</li> <li>Create detailed schematics, component selections, and supporting documentation for advanced electronic designs.</li> <li>Design and optimize multilayer PCBs, including high-speed digital, RF, power distribution, and mixed-signal architectures.</li> <li>Perform engineering analyses such as signal integrity, power integrity, thermal performance, and worst-case circuit assessments.</li> <li>Develop hardware bring-up strategies, integration procedures, and design verification plans.</li> <li>Execute board-level validation, troubleshooting, and performance testing to ensure compliance with technical requirements.</li> <li>Support manufacturing transition activities, including production readiness reviews and collaboration with manufacturing and test teams.</li> <li>Investigate and resolve technical issues identified during development, integration, testing, and production.</li> <li>Partner with software, mechanical, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams to ensure successful product development.</li> <li>Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers while supporting engineering best practices and design standards.</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>Qualifications;</strong></p> <p> </p> <div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.</li> <li>5+ years of experience designing, analyzing, and testing board-level electronics.</li> <li>Experience developing high-reliability hardware for aerospace, defense, space, or other mission-critical applications.Strong background in digital and mixed-signal circuit design.</li> <li>Experience selecting components, performing trade studies, and driving designs from concept through release.</li> <li>Demonstrated success transitioning electronic hardware into production environments.</li> <li>Experience designing complex multilayer circuit boards, including high-density and high-speed architectures.</li> <li>Familiarity with signal integrity, power integrity, and electrical performance analysis methodologies.</li> <li>Proficiency with PCB design and schematic capture tools such as Altium Designer.</li> <li>Strong laboratory skills including board bring-up, debugging, validat
