We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p>As Systems Architect you will be responsible for;</p> <p> </p> <div> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end system architecture for robotic manipulation platforms and related subsystems.</li> <li>Define system requirements, functional allocations, interface definitions, and architectural roadmaps.</li> <li>Lead requirements decomposition across hardware, controls, software, perception, and safety domains.</li> <li>Establish Interface Control Documents (ICDs), ConOps, system specifications, and architecture artifacts.</li> <li>Conduct technical trade studies and evaluate architecture alternatives to optimize performance, cost, reliability, and scalability.</li> <li>Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering disciplines and serve as the primary technical decision-maker for system-level design.</li> <li>Lead system integration planning, verification, validation, and acceptance strategies.</li> <li>Identify architectural risks and develop mitigation plans throughout the product lifecycle.</li> <li>Establish engineering standards, systems engineering processes, and governance practices.</li> <li>Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership during design reviews and architecture reviews.</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>Qualifications;</strong></p> <p> </p> <div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related discipline.</li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience developing complex electromechanical, robotic, aerospace, automotive, or autonomous systems.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience defining system architectures and leading cross-functional development efforts.</li> <li>Strong background in systems engineering processes, requirements management, verification, and validation.</li> <li>Experience developing and maintaining: <ul> <li>System Requirements Documents (SRDs)</li> <li>ICDs</li> <li>Trade Studies</li> <li>ConOps</li> <li>Verification & Validation Plans</li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience balancing systems engineering rigor with agile product development environments.</li> <li>Ability to drive technical decisions with minimal oversight.</li> </ul> </div> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Salary Range: $130K-$180K</span></strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience</span&g
