Travel is our inspiration, the beach is our home.</span></p> <p> </p></div><p><strong>ROLE OVERVIEW</strong></p> <p>The Retail Inventory Associate will support in overseeing all aspects of physical inventory management for ALOHA Collection Whalers Village store, to ensure that stock levels are maintained and optimized to support daily store operations. This individual will support the Retail team in managing day to day execution of key operational functions including coordinating shipments, receiving and processing, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <p><strong>Stockroom Organization: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes</li> <li>Work with Inventory lead and supports organization and cleanliness of Retail store backroom and off-site storage, ensuring they are tidy, safe, and easy to navigate </li> <li>Implement and develop any necessary processes for tracking inventory in backroom and storage spaces</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sales Associate: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure that store operations run smoothly throughout the day while providing a tidy, clean, and welcoming environment.</li> <li>Commits to understanding all aspects of the ALOHA brand as well as extensive product information (uses, silhouettes, prints, pricing, etc.).</li> <li>Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.</li> <li>Sets up and maintains advertising displays or arranges merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.</li> <li>Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise.</li> <li>Obtains merchandise requested by customer or receives merchandise selected by customer.</li> <li>Answers customer's questions about the brand, products and usage, location, and price.</li> <li>Attends customer complaints and works to resolve any problems to restore and promote good public relations.</li> <li>Total price and tax on merchandise purchased by customers to determine purchase total.</li> <li>Accepts payment and makes change.</li> <li>Wraps or bags merchandise for customers.</li> <li>Receives, examines, and processes customer returns.</li> <li>Cleans shelves, counters, or tables.</li> <li>Calculates sales discount to determine price.</li> <li>Keeps record of sales, prepares inventory of stock, and orders merchandise.</li> <li>Stays informed about all relevant company information.</li> </ul> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to maintain attention to detail and solve problems in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Exceptional customer service</li> <li>Great written and oral communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations</li> <li>Works well in group problem solving situations</li> <li>Adapts to new technologies; troubleshoots technological problems; uses technology to increase productivity; keeps technical skills up to date</li> <li>Must be able to work weekends</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE</strong></p> <ul> <li>A team player wh
