Since its launch last September, Hazel has organically and rapidly grown its user base.</p> <p>Hazel is a part of Altruist’s broader mission to make financial advice better, more affordable, and accessible to all.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The opportunity</strong></span></p> <p>We're hiring an experienced Founding Product Designer to lead design across Hazel end-to-end: from everyday admin workflows (notes, meetings, inbox, tasks) to Hazel's most complex, specialized AI agents, including financial planning, estate planning, and pairing/planning tools.</p> <p>This is an individual-contributor role and our first and lead designer for Hazel. You'll have the opportunity to re-imagine wealth management workflows in an AI-native format in close partnership with Product and Engineering, and help shape and maintain our design system.
