You'll own product margin and revenue forecasting end-to-end and build the business cases behind R&D investment decisions — influencing company profitability on two fronts: gross margin optimization and R&D investment prioritization. You'll work directly with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product Management, and Operations leadership — and have real influence on which products get funded, accelerated, or re-prioritized. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership and investor relations.</p> <p><strong>What makes this role different:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You're not just reporting the numbers — you're shaping product investment decisions through stage-gate reviews and business case development</li> <li>Direct line of sight to C-level decision-making and investor relations reporting</li> <li>Clear runway to grow into broader FP&A leadership</li> <li>Travel to Taiwan is expected to work with our operations counterparts there, including some late-night calls to align across time zones.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <h3><strong> </strong></h3> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>In partnership with the leadership team, develop the annual and long-range plan for revenue and margin.</li> <li>Own the product margin forecast and support Marketing and Sales in optimizing the revenue forecast to maximize gross profits.</li> <li>Proactively identify and resolve risks to revenue and margin projections by working with Department VPs.</li> <li>Partner with Accounting to reconcile actual to forecast costs and develop cost metrics for variable expenses.</li> <li>Lead the monthly budget-to-actual process for revenue and margin, and own the Quarterly
