That’s the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.</p></div><p><strong>OVERVIEW</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a Manager, IT Procurement to lead and elevate Alo’s sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and procurement strategy for technology-related spend categories, including software, SaaS, cloud services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, hardware, professional services, managed services, and emerging AI solutions.</p> <p>This role reports directly to the Director, IT Procurement and will serve as a strategic partner to Information Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will help build a modern procurement capability that optimizes technology investments, mitigates risk, accelerates innovation, and drives measurable business value to fuel Alo’s growth trajectory.</p> <p>This is an ideal opportunity for a builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, seeks to understand the business and technology landscape deeply, executes with excellence, and builds trusted partnerships across the organization. The right candidate will be equally comfortable discussing enterprise application architecture and integration requirements with technical stakeholders as they are negotiating complex commercial agreements with strategic technology suppliers.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES </strong><em> </em></p> <p><em><strong>General Responsibilities </strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Lead multiple sourcing initiatives and negotiations simultaneously.</li> <li>Analyze spending, supplier performance, licensing utilization, and contractual obligations to identify value opportunities.</li> <li>Develop executive-level presentations, recommendations, and business cases.</li> <li>Manage contract lifecycle activities from sourcing and negotiation through implementation and renewal.</li> <li>Conduct RFPs, supplier evaluations, and negotiation planning activities.</li> <li>Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Maintain awareness of technology market trends, supplier developments, and emerging innovations.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Technology Procurement Strategy & Category Leadership</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies across technology categories including software, SaaS, cloud services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, AI platforms, professional services, and hardware.</li> <li>Partner with IT, Security, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Legal teams to align sourcing activities with business and technology objectives.</li> <li>Drive cost optimization, value creation, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation through structured sourcing initiatives.</li> <li>Lead competitive sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and commercial assessments.</li> <li>Continuously assess technology marketplace trends, supplier capabilities, pricing benchmarks, and emerging technologies.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Technology Partnership & Architecture Alignment</strong></em>&l
