This role ensures the stability, security, and optimal performance of IT infrastructure. The Systems Engineer will handle system administration, infrastructure management, assist with security protocols, storage solutions, backup and recovery processes, capacity and resource planning. Effective documentation, collaboration, and communication are critical for success in this role. This is hybrid role based out of Los Angeles, CA. RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments. </li> <li>Manage virtualized infrastructure across Azure, Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI), and VMware platforms. </li> <li>Support Azure cloud services, including Azure Arc and Azure Virtual Desktop environments. </li> <li>Manage enterprise storage solutions, including NAS, SAN, local disks, and Azure Files. </li> <li>Administer and monitor backup and recovery solutions to ensure system availability and data protection. </li> <li>Support Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Zoom. </li> <li>Manage user access, identity, permissions, and collaboration tools in alignment with security and operational stan
