Learn more at AMPSortation.com. </em></p></div><p> </p> <p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">The <strong>Project Manager, Strategic Planning & Execution</strong> is part of AMP’s centralized enablement function and is responsible for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of <strong>complex multi-year projects, involving stakeholders from mechanical engineering, facility operations, installation, supply chain and other cross-functional teams</strong>, from initiation through closeout. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for project execution, ensuring the project remains on schedule, within budget and scope, and aligned with project and organizational requirements. A key focus of the role is ensuring all contractual obligations, milestones, and deliverables are clearly understood, tracked, and successfully completed.</p> <p><br>The <strong>Project Manager, Strategic Planning & Execution</strong> works across functional and organizational boundaries to drive execution, establish accountability, manage interdependencies, and maintain transparency into project health. The role applies standardized PMO methodologies, governance processes, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent, effective, and successful project delivery. </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the day-to-day project outcomes of a complex, high-visibility project through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closeout.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to all applicable contractual, regulatory, and organizational compliance requirements throughout project execution by proactively identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating contract-related risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, while maintaining compliance oversight and supporting timely resolution of contractual obligations.</li> <li>Effectively manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and outcomes.</li> <li>Drive execution across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and workstreams to achieve project commitments and deliverables.</li> <li>Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and performance measures.</li> <li>Monitor and report project health, including progress, KPIs, budget, schedule, risks, issues, and key decisions.</li> <li>Ensure project change control is applied, assessing impact and ensuring approved
