Our team is passionate about technology’s role in transforming care delivery and making it more equitable, accessible, efficient, cost-effective and navigable for all.</p></div><p><strong>Brief Overview </strong></p> <p>This role is ideal for a clinician with suitable experience in clinical practice management, and an interest in understanding the implementation of digital mental health solutions for various organization types. A champion and an educator of others in the benefits of online delivery. A strong advocate for the evolution of best practice with an ability to be curious, ask questions and seek solutions to address barriers to successful adoption and integration of the SilverCloud solutions, and always in collaboration with key stakeholders and colleagues.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note: This is a <strong>6-month fixed-term contract</strong>, working <strong>one day per week (Tuesdays), for 8 hours</strong>.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Core Responsibilities </strong></p> <p>SilverCloud Health will support you to:</p> <ul> <li>Follow and maintain clear clinical governance procedures for services including all necessary legal, compliance, insurance, certification, and regulatory needs.</li> <li>Work closely with the clinical operations team ensuring the service maintains its high operating standards.</li> <li>Ensure clinical risk management processes are clearly defined and followed.</li> <li>Establish clear process for supervision and management of Behavioural Health Coaches and their workloads.</li> <li>Support day-to-day clinical operations.</li> <li>Follow and maintain clear reporting of risk management and adverse events.</li> <li>Ongoing close working relationship with customer success to ensure best practices and service level needs are always being met.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>A Professional Qualification and/or Master’s/Doctorate degree in either Clinical or Counselling Psychology or another Mental Health-related field.</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>PSI Chartered Membership / Chartered Psychologist status is required.</strong></span></li> <li>Children & Young People (CYP) experience desired.</li> <li>CORU/HCPC Registered or other evidence of professional registration.</li> <li>A minimum of 3-5
