This individual will have a direct impact on our firm’s mission of serving as a catalyst for those striving to achieve their highest potential. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">In this role, you will be primarily responsible for participating and collaborating with our clients on all financial aspects of their business. You will identify and regularly review the key drivers of the business to gain a better understanding of the company and to offer insights on improvements. Other Virtual CFO services include maintaining the financial forecast that aligns with the strategy of the business, industry benchmarking, team compensation planning, and managing lending relationships. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain the relationship with client’s leadership team and decide the best actions as it relates to client satisfaction</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Have final responsibility for all client deliverables; must lead the team in delivering items timely and accurately</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop a consulting relationship with the client’s leadership team through delivery of the financial statements and forecast as well as providing guidance on future business decisions</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Expand knowledge that can be delivered to our clients through internal trainings, meetings, and self study</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understand signed statement of work and pricing model.
