<p>ANINE BING is looking for an <strong>RTW Intern Designer (F/M)</strong> to join our <strong>PAP Studio</strong> team based in <strong>Paris</strong>.</p> <p>This role is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our <strong>Paris HQ</strong> team, the <strong>RTW Intern Designer</strong> supports the PAP Studio in day-to-day coordination and collection development, bringing precision and creative energy to their work — supporting our global growth while staying grounded in the brand's DNA: refined, fast-moving, and always evolving.</p> <p>We're looking for someone who thrives in a creative yet performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate combines a sharp eye for detail with a clear sense of the big picture, is comfortable moving between technical execution and creative research, and is energized by building something special—together.</p> <p>This is an internship based at our <strong>Paris HQ</strong>, in-person, for a <strong>minimum duration of 6 months</strong>. The role reports to the <strong>Head of Design</strong>, with a dotted line to the <strong>Senior Designer</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Studio coordination & collection support:</strong> produce technical drawings on Illustrator, update and maintain technical files (tech packs), and keep collection boards, moodboards, and working boards current throughout the season.</li> <li><strong>Design execution:</strong> color and finish sketches, build collection boards, produce presentation mock-ups and supports, and develop digital color ranges.</li> <li><strong>Research:</strong> conduct iconographic research on styles, finishes, materials and details, and develop visual references to support collection direction.</li> <li><strong>File management:</strong> organize and maintain collection files and digital archives.</li> <li><strong>Fittings & prototype follow-up:</strong> assist at proto fittings, style-outs and shopping sessions; take photos and update technical drawings and annotations following each fitting.</li> <li><strong>Prototype tracking:</strong> archive and organize fitting photos and information, and track modifications made to styles throughout development; help prepare fittings (silhouettes, looks, accessories, visual supports).</li> <li><strong>General studio support:</strong> prepare documents and boards for collection presentations and meetings, maintain creative and trend watch, and support the studio's day-to-day organization as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Final-year student at a fashion design school, available for a <strong>minimum 6-month internship</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is mandatory</strong>, including technical drawing execution.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and rigor in following technical and creative briefs.</li> <li>Fluent English required; French professional proficiency is a plus given the Paris-based team.</li> <li>Organized, proactive, and comfortable working across parallel priorities in a creative, performance-driven environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits & Perks</strong></p> <ul> <li>At ANINE BING Paris, we combine creative ambition with a people-first culture, exclusive discounts on our collections, and private sales access — so you can live the brand as much as you build it.</li> <li>Style P
