The Senior Director of Facilities Operations and Capital Projects will include oversight of the following; Real Estate, Facilities & Maintenance, Security, EH&S, IT Administration, Lab Operations and Workplace. This person is responsible for direct leadership contributing to the achievement of site and company goals, and for managing site services and site development in a very cost-efficient manner. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and supporting the needs of multiple stakeholders with projects ranging from standard maintenance to full site construction.
