The Manufacturing Automation team is responsible for the design, integration, and deployment of automated manufacturing systems across Anduril factories. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to help define what production automation looks like for Anduril at a national scale.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Physically deploy, mount, wire, and integrate automation equipment, atlas copco torque tools, tool stands, and tooling hardware across production lines</li> <li>Program and configure Atlas Copco Power Focus and MicroTorque systems to exact engineering specifications</li> <li>Diagnose production floor issues, troubleshoot tightening failures, and optimize tightening programs (Psets)</li> <li>Analyze tightening curves and graphs to diagnose torque vs. angle anomalies, cross-threading, and joint relaxation</li> <li>Train manufacturing technicians and operators on the proper handling and safety of smart tools</li> <li>Maintain tooling health and calibration records to ensure continuous reliability and minimize downtime</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>2–5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics manufacturing with precision assembly systems</li> <li>Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Atlas Copco Power Focus controllers and MicroTorque systems</li> <li>Proven experience setting up workstations, routing cables, and physically deploying assembly line hardware</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze a tightening trace and identify failure modes</li> <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States</li> <li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, as well as stand, bend, kneel, and work in tight spaces to install hardware</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience using Atlas Copco software</li> <li>Experience with micro-fastening applications for electronics or small electromechanical joints</li> <li>Familiarity with torque-tension relationships (soft vs. hard joints)</li> <li>Experience in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Hourly Range </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$48</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$57 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate
