This is the first of it's kind and will develop core processes to help scale to meet capacity at HQ and other sites. As a digital quality engineering specialist, you will bridges the gap between manufacturing operations and multiple digital systems. They will troubleshoot and resolve production issues rooted in the Quality Management System (QMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ensuring data accuracy, material containment, and seamless quality engineering workflows. You will work with Anduril's Core Tech team, production, manufacturing engineering, Materials team, and the quality systems team. You will work as a highly motivated team player who is willing to support a fast paced team environment.<br><br><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with Quality Systems Subject Matter Experts for insight and actions to understand the functional design and expectations for the digital QMS.</li> <li>Work alongside Quality Engineers to operationalize their system parameter updates and ensure they are flawlessly executed in the MES</li> <li>Investigate and resolve production and quality system issues that originate from gaps or errors in the various applications supporting the digital QMS.</li> <li>Partner with Quality Engineers to audit, align, and correct data attributes within ERP, PLM, and MES to ensure production alignment and execution.</li> <li>Reconcile inventory transactions associated with non-conformances and variances in the digital transactions associated with quality.</li> <li>Identify digital anomalies affecting product quality, analyze the root cause, and implement immediate systemic corrections.</li> <li>Create trouble shooting guides for users to resolve future issues.</li> <li>Support User Acceptance testing for new solutions, fixes, and work-arounds.</li> <li>Ensure data collection and entry is accurate and complete for the MRB, IQC, non-conformance, containments, inventory transactions & process through auditing.</li> <li>Communicate the process performance and quality system issues to key stakeholders to drive improvements</li> <li>Propose, develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures and review with the Quality Systems Subject Matter Experts.</li> <li>Collaborate with CorpTech and Production teams to bridge system communication gaps, ensuring that material movement rules align with quality standards.</li> <li>Review and propose continuous improvement projects for productivity gains, quality improvements, and benefits to Anduril's quality policy.</li> <li>Perform internal audits on processes and procedures, as per direction from Quality Systems Engineer</li> <li>Deep dive into data and traceability investigations to ident
