In this role, you will work closely with avionics, system, and software engineers to create test systems for development, qualification, verification, and validation purposes. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting new developments, active deployments, and customer operated hardware, we are looking for you.</p> <h3><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Core Responsibility: Own EMC test readiness end-to-end from translating designs into test configurations to driving schedules and deliverables across teams.</li> <li>Create test systems to support all phases of product development.</li> <li>Define cable harnesses, breakout interfaces, and test hardware setups.</li> <li>Collaborate with SW/FW for test modes, stimulation, and telemetry.</li> <li>Configure and verify DUT operating modes prior to and during EMC testing.</li> <li>Develop and maintain test setup and configuration documentation.</li> <li>Track and drive on-time delivery of test hardware, fixtures, and support equipment to the EMC team.</li> <li>Proactively manage the test schedule based on hardware availability, coordinate across disciplines, and remove blockers to eliminate dead time.</li> <li>Maintain real-time visibility into schedule risks and escalate early to keep milestones on track.</li> <li>Participate in design reviews and provide input to identify issues and drive design choices.</li> <li>Conduct root cause analysis in support of vehicle integration and field operations.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.</li> <li>3+ years design experience with NX CAD software for 3D modeling and drafting.</li> <li>Proficient in designing electrical harnessing for rugged commercial, industrial, aerospace, or military applications.</li> <li>Familiarity with common electrical bus interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, RS422, RS232, MIL-STD-1553).</li> <li>Proficient with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad).</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable harness drawings.</li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and engineering documentation tools.</li> <li>Must possess excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance</li> </ul> <h3><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experienced and familiar with aircraft avionics module vendors and avionics component suppliers in UAS programs.</li> <li>Exposure to EMC
