You will work heavily with the program leadership and a wide spectrum of cross-departments to help build a team focused on solving hard problems and changing the industry forever. The role will be responsible for GSE management, DCMA 8210 procedural compliance, and Asset logistics for the Group 5 program, contributing valued organizational and management skills<br><br><br><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support equipment periodic inspection and maintenance routines in compliance manufacturers maintenance manuals</li> <li>Troubleshoot and repair usability issues or damaged equipment</li> <li>Ensure proper documentation of usage, maintenance, and repairs.</li> <li>Order and manage spare parts for equipment.</li> <li>Organize training sessions for personnel on proper equipment use and safety practices.</li> <li>Coordinate recalibration of test equipment calibration items.</li> <li>Regularly update the asset management system with status or location changes.</li> <li>Hazmat management including fluid sampling and analysis.</li> <li>Perform or coordinate modification and fabrication of support equipment (includes welding).</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS </strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years aircraft support equipment maintenance experience.</li> <li>Tool control experience.</li> <li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</li> <li>Proficient with computer use (standard browser, word processing applications).</li> <li>Willing to be multi-capable, including basic electronics troubleshooting and repair.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a fast paced, challenging work environment.</li> <li>In this role, you will be subject to pre-employment and randomized substance screening, as required by the Company.</li></ul> <p><br><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>ASE Certification L2 and A9</li> <li>DCMA 8210-1 experience</li> <li>Welding certification</li> <li>Secret clearance or higher</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Hourly Range </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$41</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$54 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
