Omen can operate from ship decks, beaches, or remote island clearings, providing true runway independence and freedom of maneuver across defense and civilian domains. Omen is the first tail-sitter aircraft with a mass-production contract, with an order of 50 systems representing a decisive investment that anchors production and accelerates the development of future systems.<br><br>You will work on new aircraft development in a lean, high-ownership culture where you directly shape the product and operate at a velocity to fly new designs within months, not years.</p> <p><strong>ABOUT THE JOB</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a Integration Technician to join the Omen team at our Costa Mesa, CA headquarters. In this role, you will play a critical part in the hands-on build of the aircraft, with a central focus on structures alongside broader vehicle integration. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assemble, inspect, and troubleshoot hardware in a fast-paced production setting. Your versatility and attention to detail will directly ensure the quality, safety, and flight-readiness of our novel platform.<br><br><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Review blueprints and instructions</li> <li>Trim and finish each composite piece</li> <li>Inspect components to ensure they meet specifications</li> <li>Maintain equipment and tools</li> <li>Document your work according to company guidelines</li> <li>Follow all safety protocols</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing setting (aerospace, electronics, or medical industry is preferred) performing mechanical and/or electrical assemblies</li> <li>Proficient with common hand tools and power tools such as pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, depth micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, pressure gauges, multimeters, test boxes or specialized test equipment</li> <li>Proficient with computer use (standard browser, word processing applications)</li> <li>Able to read a wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions</li> <li>Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment</li> <li>Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with engineering and production</li> <li>Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities</li> <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a R&D setting</li> <li>Demonst
