This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, quality, and production, both internally and with manufacturing partners. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency, managing production readiness, and ensuring successful execution of production programs.<br><br><strong data-stringify-type="bold">WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong></p> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">New Product Introduction (NPI):</strong> Lead production design readiness for NPI programs, ensuring successful product launches that meet production scaling, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Act as the primary point of contact for changes to existing products and new products in the pipeline.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Process Optimization:</strong> Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with cost objectives to enhance production efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness during development and pre-production phases.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Production Readiness Planning:</strong> Develop and execute comprehensive production readiness plans, establishing sourcing and supply chain capability, and ensuring production capacity and line development.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and leadership teams to align pre-production efforts with business objectives and facilitate a smooth transition to full-scale production.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Risk Management:</strong> Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks that could impact project timelines or operational readiness. Proactively manage risks and develop mitigation plans.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Stakeholder Communication:</strong> Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership regarding project status, risks, and solutions, ensuring transparency throughout the process.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Budget & Cost Control:</strong> Monitor project budgets, track progress, and focus on identifying and resolving issues to enable a successful transitio
