As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</p></div><h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3> <p>This Product Manager will serve as the connective tissue between the Voyager product line, the Growth team, internal Anduril stakeholders, and external customer requirements. This role is responsible for owning product direction input and ensuring effective communications across all stakeholders—irrespective of whether the products are first party or third party delivered. While closely collaborating with the First Party team, this position will ensure that product decisions reflect both market intelligence and internal operational needs.<br><br></p> <h3>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h3> <h3>1. Voyager Product Voice & Input</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Customer & Internal Feedback: </strong>Translate field feedback, customer intelligence, internal demand signals, and operational pain points into actionable product insights.</li> <li><strong>Structured Feedback Loop: </strong>Establish regular channels to gather input from internal hardware recipients (e.g., Air Defense, Mission Command, Maritime) and relay it to Voyager product leadership.</li> <li><strong>Product Prioritization: </strong>Collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment on product priorities, including roadmap visibility, EOL planning, and new features (e.g., GPU upgrades, VM4 successors).</li> <li><strong>Representation: </strong>Attend and contribute to Voyager product reviews and planning sessions, ensuring every voice—from internal teams to customer-facing groups—is considered.</li> </ul> <h3>2. Growth Team Integration</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Growth Bridge: </strong>Act as the primary liaison between the Growth team and the Voyager product line to ensure that external, customer-facing data enhances product decisions.</li> <li><strong>Structured Intakes: </strong>Develop and implement predictable processes (e.g., templates, cadences, forums) to capture key customer insights, competitive gaps, capability requests, and deployment challenges. Build off the work Division Operations has already done here (ie Growth Product Roundtables) as well as the weekly Voyager NPI Sales meetings.</li> <li><strong>Upcoming Product Rollouts: </strong>Ensure that the Growth team is well-informed of upcoming Voyager product decisions, enabling proactive customer communications.</li> </ul> <h3>3. Internal Communications Leadership</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Product Communication: </strong>Own and manage Anduril-internal communications regarding Voyager product updates, changes, and decisions.</li> <li><strong>Central Information Hub: </strong>Maintain and evolve the Voyager channel to serve as the source of truth for product announcements, updates, and strategic insights.</li> <li><strong>Regular Updates: </strong>Produce periodic updates that detail product changes to keep all relevant teams informed.</li> </ul> <h3>4.
