You will work inside & outside the organisation to define, develop, and execute processes that deliver high quality & reliable products. <br><br>This role focuses on our Dive-XL product with opportunity. The right person for this role has knowledge of manufacturing, product development, sub-system performance criteria and metrology, and continuous improvement. If you are someone who loves to build world-class quality processes, work hands-on, and be accountable for results, then this role is for you<br><br>The Quality team works with our internal teams, customers and suppliers to ensure the deployment of reliable products that meet all mission requirements. The Product Quality Engineer will support the Manufacturing/Production/Engineering/Supply Chain teams to ensure quality objectives are met and mitigate risks affecting production deliverables. Additionally, you'll investigate/ troubleshoot product and production issues, raise non-conformance tickets for triage, support product traceability, take corrective action as well as define and implement standards/ specifications/ processes across the QMS.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Work in a modern manufacturing environment supporting incoming inspection, in-process inspection and end of line inspection.</li> <li>Lead Material review board processes to ensure timely resolution of non-conformances</li> <li>Lead supplier quality assurance activities, including supplier development, qualification (PPAP/FAI), ongoing verification.</li> <li>Propose, develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to support AS9100/ISO9001 certification</li> <li>Support ongoing development of manufacturing work instructions</li> <li>Review and propose continuous improvement projects for productivity gains, quality improvements, and benefits to Anduril's quality policy.</li> <li>Support the calibration process of test equipment, jigs and fixtures.</li> <li>Support internal and external audits on processes and procedures.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Required Qualifications and Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field</li> <li>Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality in aerospace/defense/maritime or similar hardware.</li> <li>Working knowledge of design review and quality management of PCBA, harnessing, avionics, systems integration, composites, propulsion systems and welding.</li> <li>Experience driving product quality and performance requirements to test and measurement system development and optimization. Leading the transition from engineering qualification to manufacturing variance testing for product quality coverage.</li> <li>Working knowledge of product development methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Advanced Product Quality Plann
