This is a monumental and essential step toward rebuilding America’s defense industrial base, strengthening America’s warfighting capabilities, and enhancing deterrence amid rising international threats.</p> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <p><strong>ABOUT THE TEAM</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Product Quality Engineer</strong> to support our <strong><a href="https://www.anduril.com/fury">Fury</a></strong> autonomous aircraft program at our <a href="https://www.anduril.com/arsenal/arsenal-1"><strong>Arsenal</strong> 1</a> facility in Ashville, OH. This role will be on the Quality Engineering Team and partner directly with the Air Dominance and Strike Team, as well as the broader product development, manufacturing, and field operations organizations. This Quality Engineer will work inside & outside the organization to define, develop, and execute processes that deliver the Fury program and drive Anduril's internal quality management system to meet AS6500 customer requirements.<em> </em>If you are someone who has passion for assuring the quality of cutting-edge aerospace systems, is hands-on with specialized aircraft and test methodologies, and is accountable for results in a high-stakes environment, then this role is for you.</p> <br><strong data-stringify-type="bold">WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Drive product improvement by implementing processes for data collection and incident reporting that will inform activities like detailed design reviews, process development, verification, validation, and qualification of processes and parts, sub-assembly, and the vehicle, itself.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Drive clarity & resolution for development ambiguities associated with product maturity, process stability, and field performance that impact the product meeting it’s quality & reliability goals for volume production.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities for field and reliability issues.
