In this role, you will serve as the analytical engine driving transparency, velocity, and risk mitigation across our end-to-end hardware supply chain. You will partner directly with Sourcing Engineers, Supplier Industrialization Engineers (SIE), Supply & Demand Planners, and Production Leads to translate complex procurement, supplier, and inventory data into actionable intelligence. If you thrive in a fast-paced hardware prototyping and manufacturing environment and want to build the operational visibility that safeguards our critical path, we want to hear from you.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <ul> <li><strong>Build Operational Intelligence:</strong> Design, build, and maintain production dashboards and automated reporting to track mission-critical supply chain metrics (On-Time Delivery, supplier quality/yield, Purchase Price Variance, lead times, critical path shortages, and inventory health).</li> <li><strong>Analyze & De-Risk the Supply Chain:</strong> Perform root-cause analysis on delivery bottlenecks, supplier capacity constraints, and cost drivers to proactively mitigate risks before they impact hardware build schedules.</li> <ul> <li>Utilize exception and action reporting to resolve blockers and eliminate supply chain constraints</li> </ul> <li><strong>Bridge Engineering & Procurement:</strong> Partner with Product Sourcing Engineers and Program Managers during New Product Introduction (NPI) to track Bill of Materials (BOM) maturity, tooling readiness, and long-lead component procurement.</li> <li><strong>Drive Strategic Decision-Making:</strong> Synthesize complex data sets across multiple systems into concise, high-impact briefings and executive summaries for operational leadership.</li> <li><strong>Scale Analytics Infrastructure:</strong> Assist in formalizing analytical procedures, establishing standardized reporting protocols, and automating recurring manual workflows across the supply chain organization.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. Master’s degree is a plus.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, supply chain management, or operations analysis with a heavy focus on reporting, data modeling, and business intelligence.</li> <li>Demonstrated technical proficiency with:</li> <ul> <li>Microsoft Excel: Expertise with advanced formulas, data modeling, macros, Power Query, pivot tables, and dynamic reporting.</li> <li>Microsoft PowerPoint: Proficiency with slide design to effectively communicate data-driven insights, operational risks, and program updates to cross-functional teams and leade
