As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</p></div><h3>ABOUT THE TEAM</h3> <p>The Quality team is responsible for a wide range of activities that are crucial to the manufacturing process including operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality control checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.</p> <h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3> <p>We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our rapidly growing team in Morrisville, North Carolina.</p> <h4>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h4> <ul> <li>Inspecting: Visually, manually, and digitally examining products and raw materials to ensure they meet Anduril standards as described by engineering, both internal and external, as well as quality management system (QMS) requirements.</li> <li>Measuring: Using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and/or metrology to measure product dimensions to verify they match the design.</li> <li>Testing: Running tests to identify defects and using machines to test products via Tap testing, manual testing, and NDT/NDI methods.</li> <li>Comparing: Comparing products to a model to ensure they meet high standards</li> <li>Recording: Reporting inspection and test data, such as weights, temperatures, and quantities inspected</li> <li>Adjusting: Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process</li> <li>Rejecting: Removing/Red tagging products and materials that don't meet specifications until the issue is resolved.</li> <li>Communicating: Communicating product quality standards to Technicians, leads, and managers.</li> </ul> <h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance</li> <li>High School graduate or equivalent</li> </ul> <h4>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>1-3 years of Composite Fabrication or aerospace equivalent experience</li> <li>Experience collaborating cross functionally</li> <li>Polished communication and presentation skills</li> <li>A bias towards action, Quality, and Detail.</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills</li> <li>Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently</li> <li>Self-autonomy and strong work ethic</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Hourly Range </div><div class="pay-range"><span>$28.01</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$35.01 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
