As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.</p></div><h3><strong>ABOUT</strong> THE <strong>JOB</strong></h3> <p>As a Senior Finance Manager, you will own the enterprise-level view of SG&A performance, including management reporting for the C-suite, allocation methodology, and the financial inputs that support long-range and strategic planning. You will manage a team of analysts and set the standard for how SG&A is measured, reported, and understood across the company.</p> <h3><strong>WHAT</strong> YOU’LL <strong>DO</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own SG&A management reporting for the C-suite, including monthly performance, trends, and benchmarks</li> <li>Design and maintain the SG&A allocation methodology, ensuring it is standardized, documented, and defensible</li> <li>Own the consolidated SG&A view that feeds into M&A diligence and long-range planning exercises</li> <li>Define the SG&A narrative and benchmark Anduril's cost structure against company scale and industry peers</li> <li>Develop, pressure-test, and deliver SG&A inputs for enterprise planning processes including AOP, LRP, and scenario modeling</li> <li>Manage SG&A spend trajectory relative to business growth to deliver operating leverage</li> <li>Lead and develop a team of analysts, setting expectations and creating room for growth</li> </ul> <h4><strong>REQUIRED</strong> QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or a related field, with at least 3 years managing or leading a team</li> <li>Experience designing financial reporting, allocation models, or planning processes</li> <li>Strong understanding of SG&A cost structures, operating leverage, and how corporate costs connect to divisional performance</li> <li>Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear narratives for executive audiences</li> <li>Experience with financial planning systems, ERP platforms, and enterprise data management</li> <li>Proven ability to operate with significant autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li> <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States</li> </ul> <h4><strong>PREFERRED</strong> QUALIFICATIONS</h4> <ul> <li>MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li> <li>Familiarity with cost allocation methodologies and benchmarking practices</li> <li>Experience supporting M&A financial diligence or integration</li> <li>Background in defense, aerospace, or government contracting is a plus</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$166,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$193,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-cont
