As we scale production at Arsenal-1, our new manufacturing campus in Ashville, Ohio,<br>we are standing up the site maintenance organization for Building 1 from a blank sheet of paper.<br>We are looking for a Senior Manager of Maintenance to own that build end to end. This is the senior site leader<br>accountable for the maintenance and reliability of Arsenal-1 Building 1 as it ramps to multi-program, two-shift<br>production supporting Fury, Barracuda, Altius, Roadrunner, and additional advanced programs. You will set the<br>maintenance strategy, design and staff the organization, build the leadership team beneath you, stand up the<br>preventive maintenance and spare parts programs, and establish the reliability culture that everything<br>downstream depends on. As a member of the site operations leadership team, you will represent maintenance<br>in capital planning, facility expansion, and program-launch decisions.<br>You will report directly to the Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations at Arsenal-1 and partner closely with<br>Anduril's central maintenance Center of Excellence to bring enterprise standards to life on our floor.</p> <p><br><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Set the maintenance strategy and build the organization from scratch — define the operating model, org<br>structure, shift coverage, budget, and multi-year staffing plan for Arsenal-1 Building 1, and grow it as<br>production ramps across two shifts.</li> <li>Build and lead a multi-layer team — hire and develop maintenance managers and supervisors beneath you,<br>along with skilled-trades technicians (electrical/controls, mechanical/millwright, and facilities) and<br>planners/schedulers spanning administrative, tactical, and strategic roles.</li> <li>Stand up the preventive and predictive maintenance program — develop PM schedules, job plans, and<br>reliability strategies for a mixed environment of manual and automated assembly, machining and<br>fabrication, and building/facility systems.</li> <li>Own the spare parts and MRO strategy and budget — define critical spares for the program plan of record,<br>set stocking levels and reorder points, establish the storeroom, own the maintenance operating and capital<br>budget, and build OEM and supplier relationships to protect uptime.</li> <li>Deploy maintenance systems and data — implement and administer the CMMS for work order<br>management, asset tracking, PM compliance, and KPI reporting, configured to the enterprise standard.</li> <li>Support new equipment and automation launches — partner with controls engineering, automation, and<br>facilities on equipment installation, commissioning, spare-parts provisioning, and maintainability from day<br>one.</li> <li>Own tooling, calibratio
