CorpTech Platform is how Anduril scales its business systems with the same rigor, speed, and adaptability as its mission critical products.<br><br></p> <h3>About the Job</h3> <p>We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build new products for some of Anduril's highest-priority operational needs. This is a greenfield product-engineering role for someone who moves quickly from an ambiguous problem to working software, learns directly from customers, and takes ownership beyond implementation. You will partner closely with a product manager to shape what gets built, make product and technical trade-offs, launch applications, and iterate until they create measurable value.<br><br>The work will be highly visible and often begin without a complete specification or established technical path. Success requires a strong bias for action, sound judgment under uncertainty, and the ability to balance exceptional delivery speed with the engineering foundations a successful product will need as it grows.<br><br></p> <h3>What You'll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Own the technical delivery of greenfield applications from initial concept through production launch and iteration.</li> <li>Partner with a product manager as a product-engineering pair, jointly shaping scope, priorities, user experience, technical approach, and success measures.</li> <li>Work directly with customers and end users to understand operational problems, test assumptions, gather feedback, and improve the product.</li> <li>Build high-quality full-stack product experiences using modern web technologies and CorpTech Platform capabilities.</li> <li>Make pragmatic architecture and implementation decisions that maximize learning and speed while preserving a credible path to reliability and scale.</li> <li>Break ambiguous initiatives into testable product increments and ship useful software before every requirement is known.</li> <li>Communicate progress, trade-offs, risks, and results clearly to technical partners, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.</li> <li>Use frontier AI tooling and
