Anduril’s Connected Warfare team is seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager to lead test campaigns across the Army’s Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) system, Menace of Family of Systems, and related cutting-edge products.</p> <h2>Overview</h2> <p>As a key leader on our team, you'll manage cross-functional test initiatives—spanning both software and hardware—in dynamic lab and field environments. Your role is critical to ensuring our systems perform flawlessly in the modern battlespace. You’ll work closely with engineering, program management, test and evaluation, and military partners, and to validate the performance of systems that are redefining defense capabilities.</p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <p><strong>Lead Test Campaigns:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage test planning, execution, and reporting for the Next Generation Command Control, and other Connected Warfare products. Provide technical leadership to a team of software and test engineers through system integration, developmental, operational, and customer acceptance tests.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Develop & Execute Verification Strategies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define robust verification protocols using requirements-based, scenario-based, and operationally relevant methodologies, incorporating customer standards and metrics.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Coordinate Cross-Functional Activities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Program Management, Software Engineering, Test Engineering, test ranges, and external agencies. Oversee Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), manage test incidents, and track deficiencies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Drive Data-Driven Test Evaluations:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise data analysis of system performance and mission outcomes in both lab and field settings. Establish and monitor measurable test coverage metrics ensuring traceability from requirements to validation. Ensure the bodies of work for the team are segmented, organized and measured during each sprint session at the customer’s testing facility.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Represent the program at customer reviews, readiness boards, and milestone decision points, ensuring disciplined execution in both controlled and austere environments.</li> </ul> <h2>Required Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Advanced degree preferred).</li> <li>8+ years of experience in system-level test and evaluation of integrated hardware/software systems.</li> <li>Proven leadership with test teams (≥ 5 engineers/technicians) and management of complex multi-site test campaign
