We create joint, time sensitive, multi domain, ubiquitous, connected mesh ecosystems. Our ecosystem enables connected warfare with disproportional impact by connecting every mac robot, human, and sensor in every domain, bringing together hundreds of thousands of end points across the globe. From training to battlefield operations, Anduril’s Warfighter Systems organization designs tools that move at the speed of war, ensuring that soldiers are better connected, more lethal, and more resilient.<br><br><strong>ABOUT THE JOB</strong><br>We're seeking an outcome-driven <strong>Software Engineer</strong> to build and scale our cutting-edge AR experiences. You'll own features end to end, collaborate across teams, solve complex architectural challenges, and ship work that reaches real users. The ideal candidate brings strong, hands-on Unity development skills and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, changing environment. <br><br><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Product Managers, Business Development, end-users, and other engineering teams (internal and external) to plan, build, and test complex functionality across our SDLC, from concept through development, production, and fielding</li> <li>Write code that improves our products and expands the capabilities we can deliver on edge-deployed devices</li> <li>Get hands-on with cutting-edge hardware, owning the software integration</li> <li>Make architectural decisions that hold up as the product and the team grow</li> <li>Raise the bar on code quality, testing, and tooling for the whole team</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of industry experience working with a variety of programming languages such as C#, Kotlin, Java, Python, etc.</li> <li>Unity Expertise (Proven, professional experience building and shipping projects in Unity and C#)</li> <li>Outcome Driven: You can take an ambiguous problem and drive to a solution without needing the work spelled out step by step. You measure success by outcomes shipped and impact delivered, not tickets closed.</li> <li>Computer Science Fundamentals
