You’ll help define requirements, write user stories, maintain a healthy backlog, and assist with sprint execution in an Agile environment.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone early in their product/BA career who is structured, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how to build and ship SaaS products in the <strong>Payments and Compliance</strong> space.</p> <p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Take ownership of assigned features from requirement clarification through development, testing, and production release, with guidance from Product Owner or Product Managers as needed.</li> <li>Translate product needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and development-ready tasks.</li> <li>Support backlog management: organize items, keep statuses updated, track dependencies, and prepare work for refinement/planning.</li> <li>Partner with developers and QA to clarify requirements, answer questions, and reduce rework through better definition upfront.</li> <li>Collaborate with the UI/UX team to translate business requirements and user needs into clear, implementable mockups and user flows, ensuring designs align with functional requirements and technical feasibility.</li> <li>Participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, review, retro); capture decisions and follow up on action items.</li> <li>Maintain product documentation (requirements notes, business rules, etc.)</li> <li>Assist with release execution tasks such as scope confirmation, UAT coordination support, and release notes drafting.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with Vietnam and US stakeholders to gather inputs, confirm understanding, and keep work moving.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 1-year full-time experience in Product Owner role.</li> <li>Experience in <span data-teams="true">fully delivering one feature from business requirement to production.</span></li> <li>Strong English skills to communicate with global stakeholders.</li> <li><span data-teams="true">Solid knowledge of product development cycle process.</span></li> <li>Ability to write clear, structured documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, step-by-step behaviors).</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and com
