This position provides a dynamic mix of office-based project management and hands-on field work supporting environmental projects throughout Connecticut and the surrounding area. </p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare proposals for environmental projects, including technical scopes of work </li> <li>Project management of CT-based environmental projects, including client communication and invoicing </li> <li>Prepare technical reports (RAPs / COIs / GMRs)</li> <li>Conduct ASTM Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments </li> <li>Collect field samples of soil, soil vapor, groundwater, surface water, and drinking water </li> <li>Provide oversight of site investigation and characterization as well as contaminated site remediation </li> <li>Support emergency response services</li> <li>Communicate and collaborate with others</li> <li>Manage workloads and records</li> <li>Implement health and safety policies </li> <li>Meet financial-based targets </li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>BA/BS in Environmental Science or related major is required</li> <li>Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in environmental consulting or a related field</li> <li>Must have 3+ years of experience with Connecticut-based regulations </li> <li>Demonstrated technical report writing proficiency. </li> <li>Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required </li> <li>Must be available for infrequent night and weekend work </li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li> <li>Ability to
