This internship provides meaningful hands-on experience, mentorship from industry experts, and exposure to multiple engineering disciplines, including civil, environmental, electrical, transportation, water resources, utilities, land development, and water/wastewater engineering.</p> <p>Interns will have the opportunity to build technical skills, expand their professional network, and explore potential career paths within a growing consulting organization while contributing to real-world projects that make a lasting impact.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assisting with engineering design, analysis, and project documentation.</li> <li>Supporting field investigations, site visits, inspections, environmental sampling, and data collection efforts.</li> <li>Preparing calculations, reports, drawings, and other project deliverables.</li> <li>Utilizing engineering software and technology tools to support project work.</li> <li>Collaborating with project teams to solve technical challenges and meet project objectives.</li> <li>Participating in both office and field assignments to gain well-rounded industry experience.</li> <li>Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.</li> <li>Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.</li> <li>Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and develop professional engineering skills.</li> <li>Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.</li> <li>Sponsorship not available now or in the future.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why you'll love working for us:</strong></p> <ul> <li>401k match</li> <li>Cro
