All Apex positions are eligible for annual bonus opportunities, reinforcing our commitment to recognizing and rewarding meaningful contributions that drive our collective growth.</span></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"> </p></div><p>The Senior Technical Project Manager (PM) will lead and manage complex environmental investigation, remediation, and compliance projects involving chlorinated solvent impacts in soil, groundwater, sediment, soil vapor, and indoor air. The role requires strong technical leadership, client management, project delivery, staff development, and business development capabilities. Experience with large industrial, aerospace, manufacturing, military, and brownfield remediation programs is highly desirable.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Project and Program Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage large-scale environmental remediation projects from proposal through closure.</li> <li>Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and health and safety plans.</li> <li>Lead multidisciplinary teams of geologists, engineers, hydrogeologists, risk assessors, and environmental scientists.</li> <li>Monitor project financial performance, including revenue, profitability, utilization, and forecasting.</li> <li>Coordinate subcontractors, laboratories, drilling contractors, and remediation vendors.</li> <li>Maintain quality assurance and quality control standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a technical lead for sites impacted by: <ul> <li>PCE (Tetrachloroethylene)</li> <li>TCE (Trichloroethylene)</li> <li>cis-1,2-DCE</li> <li>Vinyl Chloride</li> <li>Other chlorinated VOCs</li> </ul> </li> <li>Design and oversee: <ul> <li>Site investigations</li> <li>Groundwater characterization</li> <li>Soil vapor intrusion assessments</li> <li>Human health and ecological risk assessments</li> <li>Remedial investigations/feasibility studies (RI/FS)</li> <li>Corrective action programs</li> </ul> </li> <li>Evaluate and implement remediation technologies such as: <ul> <li>In situ chemical reduction (ISCR)</li> <li>In situ chemical oxidation (ISCO)</li> <li>Enhanced reductive dechlorination (ERD)</li> <li>Thermal remediation</li> <li>Soil v
