All Apex positions are eligible for annual bonus opportunities, reinforcing our commitment to recognizing and rewarding meaningful contributions that drive our collective growth.</span></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"> </p></div><p>Apex is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Thousand Oaks, CA office. </p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">The Senior Technical Project Manager (PM) will lead and manage complex environmental investigation, remediation, and compliance projects involving contamination in soil, groundwater, sediment, soil vapor, surface water, and other environmental media. The role requires strong technical leadership, client management, project delivery, staff development, and business development capabilities. Experience with industrial, manufacturing, petroleum, government, and brownfield remediation programs is highly desirable.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Project and Program Management</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Manage large-scale environmental investigation, remediation, and compliance projects from proposal through closure.</li> <li>Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, work plans, and health and safety plans.</li> <li>Lead multidisciplinary teams of geologists, engineers, hydrogeologists, risk assessors, and environmental scientists.</li> <li>Monitor project financial performance, including revenue, profitability, utilization, and forecasting.</li> <li>Coordinate subcontractors, laboratories, drilling contractors, and remediation vendors.</li> <li>Maintain quality assurance and quality control standards.</li> </ul> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Technical Leadership</strong></p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Serve as a technical lead for sites impacted by a range of chemical and petroleum-related contaminants in soil, groundwater, sediment, soil vapor, surface water, and other environmental media.</li> <li>Design and oversee: <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Site investigations and environmental assessments</li> <li>Soil and groundwater characterization</li> <li>Soil vapor and vapor intrusion assessments</li> <li>Human health and ecological risk assessments</li> <li>Remedial investigations/feasibility studies (RI/FS)</li> <li>Corrective action and site closure programs</li> </ul> </li> <li&g
