This position is responsible for developing and submitting WPCPs, SWPPPs, and related environmental compliance plans, coordinating with clients, and supporting permit compliance activities throughout the project lifecycle.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of California stormwater regulations, permit compliance, and environmental planning, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Prepare, review, and submit WPCPs, SWPPPs, amendments, and other regulatory plans.</li> <li>Manage plan submittals and serve as a primary point of contact for client communications throughout the project lifecycle.</li> <li>Support permit compliance activities, including SMARTS entries and submittals for NOIs, COIs, Annual Reports, Ad Hoc Reports, and NOTs.</li> <li>Review project plans, specifications, permit requirements, risk a
