All Apex positions are eligible for annual bonus opportunities, reinforcing our commitment to recognizing and rewarding meaningful contributions that drive our collective growth.</span></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"> </p></div><p><strong>This role is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's sign-on bonus program.</strong></p> <p>Our Northeast Division is a well-respected and award-winning group where career development, training, and mentoring co-exist with diverse civil, environmental, water resources, and traffic/transportation projects in a fast-paced and rewarding work environment.</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Transportation Project Manager with a background in the design and management of transportation projects for a hybrid role in our Providence, RI Transportation Practice. </p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise and direct the preparation of design and construction bid documents for transportation (roadway) projects involving multi-modal accommodations (Complete Streets) including corridor, intersection, and downtown improvements</li> <li>Effectively present at meetings with clients and the public</li> <li>Maintain project financials/budgets, schedules, and project advancement</li> <li>Manage/mentor staff and provide guidance, manage workloads, and provide issue resolution</li> <li>Prepare project scopes and budgets for proposals and contracts</li> <li>Maintain communication with clients including municipalities and regional agencies</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering</li> <li>8 + years of experience in the transportation engineering field including roadway design and project management</li> <li>Broad understanding of transportation design and planning standards, specifically standards and submission processes for state agencies, such as MassDOT, RIDOT, or NHDOT.</li> <li>Professional Engineering License</li> <li>Demonstrated effectiveness in planning and managing projects as well as maintaining budgets and schedules.</li> <li>Must be skilled at building and maintaining positive client relations.</li> <li>Must be motivated with a desire for personal growth and advancement, as well as firm growth</li> <li>Must have excellent written and verbal co
