Collaborating closely with the region’s Territory Sales Manager, the ATSM will help to develop a unified sales strategy and foster a team-oriented approach within the VA/DoD. </p> <p>We are looking for candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences to customers and patients. Our ideal candidate will leverage their business expertise and sales acumen to promote and support the adoption of RelieVRx with veteran patients. A strong commitment to helping veterans and patients manage chronic pain is essential. If you are self-motivated, organized, eager to teach and learn, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment, we encourage you to apply and make a meaningful impact today!</p> <h4><strong>Roles & Responsibilities </strong>(are not limited to the following):</h4> <ul> <li>Adapt sales strategies to align with the needs of new and emerging sales channels or programs as necessary</li> <li>Implement the regional business plan in partnership with the Territory Sales Manager to achieve sales goals, including account research, call planning, cold calling, lead qualification, and selling to existing VA/DoD accounts.</li> <li>Conduct at least 3-4 days of in-person sales activities across a multi-state region, with overnight travel as needed, to meet territory objectives.</li> <li>Collaborate with the TSM on weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to strengthen existing relationships and establish new ones.</li> <li>Distinguish between ATM and TSM responsibilities: The ATM focuses on expanding in existing accounts and identifying new providers, while the TM primarily drives growth in new accounts. Flexibility to support TM efforts in developing new business is expected.</li> <li>Represent AppliedVR at industry meetings and trade shows to promote brand awareness.</li> <li>Train patients on the effective use of RelieVRx to enhance treatment outcomes.</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AppliedVR products, sales processes, and business strategies.</li> <li>Educate healthcare providers and staff in clinical settings on proper product use.</li> <li>Stay engaged with company communications, including digital updates, voicemails, conference calls, and live meetings.</li> <li>
