The tax team is a highly collaborative, high-impact group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership and enjoys partnering across finance and accounting teams. You'll play a visible, hands-on role in global tax provision and compliance matters, tax planning and strategy and supporting the use of technology to improve efficiency and accuracy. </p> <p>This is a full-time role that can be held remotely within the U.S. </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>For tax provision and compliance, prepare U.S. international tax workpapers including but not limited to GILTI, FDII, FTC, and BEAT</li> <li>Work on foreign tax provision and Pillar 2 workpapers, and help coordinate Pillar 2 compliance with our external providers</li> <li>Help manage the global tax compliance process, including review of foreign statutory financials and foreign income tax returns alongside our external providers</li> <li>Support international tax planning projects, including building tax models for cross-border transactions, entity structuring, and new business initiatives</li> <li>Collaborate across tax, accounting, finance, and other business stakeholders to gather and analyze information required to ensure accuracy</li> <li>Monitor U.S. and foreign tax legislative developments and communicate potential impacts and recommendations</li> <li>Use tax technology and data tools to automate and streamline tax processes</li> <li>Support ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed, including tax audit notices</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>You may be a strong fit if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MST preferred</li> <li>6+ years of corporate tax experience with significant focus on U.S. international tax compliance and provision or federal tax matters with international exposure </li> <li>Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace</li> <li>Experience working with NetSuite or other ERP systems </li> <li>Interest in working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or multinational environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Attributes & Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Detail-oriented and analytical: brings care, accuracy and good judgment to complex tax calculations and analyses</li&g
