At Appian, you will have a seat at the table from day one, learning from industry veterans, managing real budgets, and seeing the direct impact of your work on our global sales pipeline.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Execute Integrated Campaigns:</strong> Run comprehensive marketing campaigns and regional field programs across multiple channels to generate high-quality pipeline.</li> <li><strong>Coordinate Event Logistics:</strong> Oversee the end-to-end logistics, vendor management, and internal staffing for corporate events, both virtual and in-person.</li> <li><strong>Track Campaign Performance:</strong> Report on performance metrics using advanced analytics tools, delivering actionable insights to marketing leadership.</li> <li><strong>Partner Cross-Functionally:</strong> Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product, and Customer Success—to align regional marketing activities with core business goals.</li> <li><strong>Manage Marketing Infrastructure:</strong> Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and database hygiene within our marketing tech stack.</li> </ul> <h3>Required Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. <em>(Equivalent experience is not accepted in lieu of a degree).</em></li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 0–2 years of experience in a professional business, marketing, or agency environment.</li> <li><strong>Core Competencies:</strong> High proficiency with <strong>Google Workspace</strong> (Docs, Sheets, Slides), strong organizational skills, and an obsession for detail.</li> <li><strong>Execution Skills:</strong> Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to multitask and thrive within a fast-paced, collab
