You will lead large-scale execution efforts, scale collaboration across R&D, Product, and GTM, and drive alignment on high-impact programs. You will also mentor and coach R&D and Product leaders, ensuring they adopt best-in-class program management practices to scale our efforts successfully. What you'll do <ul> <li>Be a part of the unit leadership and facilitate PR&D strategy and methodologies definition</li> <li>Lead (hands on) complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your program management expertise</li> <li>Be part of AppsFlyer program management guild aim to shape and align our software delivery processes</li> <li>Define and implement the unit metrics and KPIs</li> <li>Coach our teams for excellence using agile methodologies and make sure they know that they are on track</li> <li>Facilitate the unit quarterly planning and QPR processes</li> <li>Identify opportunities to apply AI/automation to program management workflows (planning, reporting, risk tracking, retrospectives) and drive their adoption across the unit</li> </ul> What you have <ul> <li>Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment, with the strategic thinking to lead change across a complex organization</li> <li>5+ years of program management experience within an engineering and product environment on SaaS products</li> <li>Experience in leading large-scale projects and working through a complete product cycle (from initial design through post-release sustainment) in large scale organizations (~500 R&D and Product)</li> <li>Deep understanding of Agile, program management methodologies, JIRA, and the Atlassian stack</li> <li>Mentoring and coaching skills</li> <li>Can embrace change, effectively handle ambiguity and help others understand and cope with changes</li> <li>Working familiarity with AI tools relevant to program management (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) and a track record of using them to speed up planning, reporting, or documentation</li> <li>Basic understanding of data infrastructure and pipelines (how data flows from product/engineering systems into dashboards and BI tools) - enough to spot where automation or better data can remove manual work</li> <li>A hands-on, figure-it-out-yourself mentality - comfortable prototyping a solution, testing a tool, or building a lightweight dashboard rather than just spec'ing it for someone else</li> </ul> Bonus points <ul> <li>Experience introducing or scaling AI-powered tools/workflows within an R&D Product org</li> <li>JIRA admin experience</li> <li>Software engineering experience</li> <li>Recommended by an AppsFlyer employee</li> </ul> As a global company operating from 25 offices across 19 countries, we reflect the human mosa
