The ideal candidate should possess relevant working experience in system design and development. As a Mobile Application Developer, you will create innovative and engaging mobile applications for Android platforms. This role is based with other Appnovation team members in our client offices in Hong Kong. </p> <p><strong>You will have the opportunity to</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and develop high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.</li> <li>Maintain and enhance existing mobile applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.</li> <li>Utilize hands-on experience in Android mobile development, ensuring applications meet industry standards and best practices.</li> <li>Work with Java, Kotlin, Flutter, and SQL to implement robust and scalable solutions.</li> <li>Leverage expertise in XML, JSON, SOAP, Web Services, and object-oriented tools to integrate applications with backend services.</li> <li>Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize mobile applications for performance and usability.</li> <li>Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in mobile development and implement best practices.</li> <li>Collaborate with QA teams to conduct thorough testing and ensure the quality of the developed applications.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree holder major in Computer Science, IT, MIS or equivalent</li> <li>2+ years of relevant working experience in systems, design and development</li> <li>Hands-on experience in Java / Kotlin development of production applications</li> <li>Experience in XML, JSON, SOAP, Web Services and object-oriented tools</li> <li>Experience in Swift, Objective-C, Flutter and/or React Native will be an advantage</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills</li> <li>Good team player and willing to learn new technologies Experienced on handling high transaction volumes would be an advantage</li> <li>Communication skills in Cantonese and English</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT DOES APPNOVATION HAVE TO OFFER?</strong></p> <p>Appnovation’s development teams are collaborative, friendly and open, and with varied work.
