Endless possibilities.</p></div><h4><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></h4> <p>As Revenue Accounting Manager, you will own the end-to-end revenue recognition process and serve as a trusted independent advisor to the business. You will ensure accurate IFRS-compliant reporting, lead the accounts receivables function, and partner cross-functionally to drive financial clarity and operational excellence.</p> <h4><strong>YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Revenue Recognition & Compliance</strong>: Own and administer the revenue recognition process in accordance with IFRS 15 and internal policy, acting as an independent advisor to the business.</li> <li><strong>AR Operations Management</strong>: Oversee accounts receivable operations to ensure timely, accurate invoicing and collections.</li> <li><strong>Reporting & Analysis</strong>: Analyze and reconcile key revenue accounts monthly; communicate KPIs and financial results to senior stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Month-End Close</strong>: Drive timely month-end close procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations for billing and revenue accounts.</li> <li><strong>Team Leadership</strong>: Mentor and develop the AR and collections team, fostering a high-performance culture.</li> <li><strong>Audit & Controls</strong>: Support external year-end audits and maintain strong internal controls over revenue transactions.</li> <li><strong>Process Improvements</strong>: Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities across finance operations.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong>: Partner with teams outside of finance to manage large accounts and provide guidance on revenue-related matters.</li> <li>Represent the finance team on company-wide projects, including system implementations, new initiatives, and ad hoc assignments.</li> <li>Contribute across the broader accounting function as needed, including AP, GL, and FP&A.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></h4> <ul> <li>CPA designation with 2-3 years post-qualification experience.</li> <li>Strong expertise in accounting and financial principles and governance (GAAP, IFRS).</li> <li>Deep knowledge and understanding of IFRS 15 - Revenue from Contracts with Customers.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.</li> <li>Proven leadership experience managing accounting or finance teams.</li> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li> <li>Experience in Certinia is an asset.</li> <li>Proficient in Excel.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT APPNOVATION HAS TO OFFER</strong></p> <ul> <li>Challenging and rewarding work with real impact</li> <li>Direct Access to Cutting-Edge AI Platforms</li> <li>Diverse and Inclusive Culture </li> <li>Growth opportunities for personal and professional development</li> <li>A collaborative and innovative work environment where your ideas are valued</li> <li>Exposure to exciting projects and high-profi
