In this role, you will bridge technical strategy, architectural direction, and hands-on execution across cloud services and full-stack environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership, product managers, and clients to scale modern AI solutions. The ideal candidate combines technical leadership with team advocacy, possessing a deep passion for cloud infrastructure, scalable full-stack web applications, and artificial intelligence integration.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and empower a multidisciplinary team of full-stack and cloud engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.</li> <li>Drive the technical vision and engineering roadmap for our core AI product offerings, aligning cloud architecture and full-stack execution with strategic business goals.</li> <li>Oversee end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications powered by cloud environments and machine learning models.</li> <li>Collaborate directly with product managers, UX designers, and senior stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical deliverable milestones.</li> <li>Enforce engineering best practices, robust CI/CD automation pipelines, secure cloud operations, and rigorous code reviews to maintain application scalability and reliability.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What we are looking for: </strong></h4> <p><strong>Must-Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in technical leadership, management, or software team lead roles overseeing cloud-native full-stack solutions.</li> <li>Strong hands-on background in full-stack application development (modern frontend frameworks such as React/Next.js alongside backend services like Python, Node.js, or Java).</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in Cloud Services architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for building scalable, secure, and cost-effective product platforms.</li> <li>Practical understanding of AI integrations, machine learning pipeline execution, or working with leading LLM APIs and open-source models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).</li> <li>Strong technical governance experience across code quality, agile delivery methodologies, rapid prototyping, and architectural decision-making.</li> <li>Should be fluent in English & conversational in Mandarin/Cantonese language.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience designing and deploying production-grade Generative AI, MLOps, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Who you are</strong></h4> <ul> <li>You balance hands-on technical depth with compassionate leadership, effectively mentoring engineers while steering architectural decisions.</li> <li>You are curious and continuously push boundaries to integrate emerging technologies, cloud practices, and AI frameworks into impactful products.</li> <li>You communic
