Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. </strong></p> <p>What you'll do: </p> <ul> <li>Own the communication layer, including command-and-telemetry links and multi-platform mesh networking</li> <li>Develop and integrate resilient, long-range wireless communication links </li> <li>Integrate mesh radio systems into the onboard software stack </li> <li>Design and validate IP networking architectures for multi-platform communication </li> <li>Integrate MAVLink/telemetry links between platforms and ground systems </li> <li>Collaborate with hardware, integration, and test teams to validate communication performance in the field </li> </ul> <p>What you need: </p> <ul> <li>Background in RF/communications engineering or networking-focused software engineering </li> <li>Experience with mesh radios (e.g., Silvus, Doodle Labs, Microhard) </li> <li>Experience with IP networking </li> <li>Experience with MAVLink or similar telemetry protocols </li> <li>Experience with embedded Linux systems </li> </ul> <p>Bonus Qualifications: </p> <ul> <li>Long-range/beyond-line-of-sight communication experience </li> <li>Experience fielding communication systems for field-deployed platforms </li> <li>Background in subscale aircraft or robotics communications architectures</li> </ul> <p>Archer is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to job applicants with physical or mental disabilities, and those with sincerely held religious beliefs.
