We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.</span></p></div><p>What You’ll Do </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Build, lead, and mentor a world-class team with expertise in the development of flight-critical software complying with DO178C. </li> <li>Coordinate flight software development, verification, and certification of the aerospace powertrain, including motor control. </li> <li>Participate in the definition and documentation of streamlined software development and verification processes supporting certifying safety critical software and complying with DO178C. </li> <li>Collaborate with the certification and safety team to develop the Plan for Software Aspects of Certification (PSAC). </li> <li>Guide the architecture and design of the software developed in-house to facilitate testing and analysis. </li> <li>Take the software through Stages of Involvement (SOI) audits 1 to 4, and meet all DO178C objectives. </li> <li>Oversee the qualification of the tools to DO330. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI), continuously monitor and improve our processes to ensure compliance, and increase safety and efficiency. </li> <li>Foster team collaboration, and promote and support personal development. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering, Computer Science.</p> <p> </p> <p>Minimum Experience requirement: Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Software Engineering Manager or related job title in which 120 months of experience in C Programming, Aerospace Software Development (DO-178), Safety Critical Software, Software Development Life Cycle was gained.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please apply online at: https://www.archer.com/careers.
