ALH operates state-of-the-art facilities and programs to meet the evolving needs of clinical research and overall patient treatment.</p> <p> </p></div><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <p>Arizona Liver Health/Arizona Clinical Trials is looking for qualified candidates for the Research Phlebotomist/Data Entry position in Chandler.</p> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $23 - $26 per hour, depending on experience<strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Status: </strong>Full-time<br><br><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday - Friday, 7:00a - 4:00p<br><br></p> <p><em><strong>Essential job functions/duties:</strong></em></p> <p>Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.</p> <p><strong>Data Entry:</strong></p> <ul> <li>File documents in the binder (I.e., subject source, labs)</li> <li>Enter clinical research data into appropriate fields.</li> <li>Transfer data from paper formats via computer, recorders, or scanners</li> <li>EDC entry</li> <li>Review and edit data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information; follow up with subjects to resolve problems or clarify data collected.</li> <li>Answer Queries</li> <li><span class="ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak">Serve as back up for pharmacy and lab</span></li> <li>Curate data directly from clinical research</li> <li>Analyze statistical and graphical Data.</li> <li>Conduct clinical research study visits when assigned.</li> <li>Audit research trials</li> <li>Prepare documents and charts for subject visits.</li> <li>Assist patients with surveys</li> <li>Perform vital signs, arthrometric measurements, transient elastography, and EKG’s</li> <li>Quality control research visits and informed consent before screening visit is over</li> <li>Confirm correct IP prior to dispensation</li> <li>File the signed copy in the subject binder</li> <li>Obtain and print procedural/imaging reports for review by the investigator</li> <li>Print labs and prepare for Investigator to review</li> <li>File lab results to subject binder or where required</li> <li>Ensure W-9 and medical release forms are signed by subjects annually</li> <li>Conduct clinical research study visits when assigned</li> <li>Audit research trials</li> <li>Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials on findings</li> <li>Assist with the management of study supplies and order resupply</li> <li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</li> <li>Request medical records prior to visit and print for filing as needed</li> <li>Plan, schedule, and confirm of subject research visits as needed</li> <li>Update CTMS as needed</li> <li>Maintain training as needed including but not limited to GCP, IATA, EDC, Protocol training,</li> <li>Delegat
