When not on podium, the individual performs curriculum maintenance and modernization using formal instructional design principles consistent with CTA requirements (ADDIE/ISD and related methodologies). The role supports continuous improvement through student feedback, performance data, and stakeholder inputs, ensuring courseware remains current, engaging, and aligned to approved course design documentation. This is a hands-on role requiring technical depth, strong classroom presence, and the ability to translate operational cyber experience into structured learning experiences with practical labs and performance-based assessments.<br><br><strong><br>Location:</strong> Columbia, MD<br><br><strong>Clearance: </strong> Interim Secret required to begin; must be able to maintain at least Secret.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities and/or Success Factors: </strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Instructional Delivery (Podium / Facilitation):</span></p> <ul> <li>Deliver CTA courses in accordance with the Government-approved Course Design Plan/Document and established pacing, learning objectives, and assessment approach. </li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Provide instruction across CTA delivery methods, including: </span></p> <ul> <li>In-residence (onsite) instruction </li> <li>Instructor-Led Virtual (ILV) delivery, as required </li> <li>MTT delivery at customer locations (CONUS/OCONUS), as tasked </li> <li>Ensure learning is immersive and practitioner-based, emphasizing hands-on exercises and performance-based assessment where applicable. </li> <li>Prepare for instruction by completing the course(s) prior to teaching and meeting program standards for instructional readiness.
