This is a high-impact role for a seasoned attorney who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to own significant workstreams across corporate governance, strategic transactions, commercial matters, and operational legal support.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":140}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, People, and Operations, helping Armada scale responsibly and efficiently. You will independently lead a wide range of legal initiatives, including corporate governance, strategic transactions and financing, entity management, and corporate legal operations, exercising judgment on complex matters where established precedent may not fully apply.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":140}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">This role is ideal for an attorney who combines deep legal expertise with sound business judgment and is excited to build the policies, processes, and playbooks that will scale with a rapidly growing technology company.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":140}"> </span></p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Own corporate governance matters, including preparation of board and committee materials, resolutions, minutes, and consents, and maintenance of corporate records across the corporate group.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":80}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead legal workstreams for strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, financing transactions, and strategic partnerships; independently manage diligence, structuring support, and documentation from inception through close.</span><span data-ccp-props="{
