This is the level at which individual contribution gives way to team performance: your job is to create the conditions in which the people around you do their best work, while maintaining the strategic and commercial thread that connects daily delivery to long-term client value.</p> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Project ownership and delivery governance: You will lead the full project lifecycle across one or more concurrent engagements (scoping, planning, executing, and closing) while managing timelines, budgets, and quality to a high standard. You will set projects up for success from the outset, identify risks before they become problems, and be the person your team and your clients turn to when things need resolving.
