<p> </p> <h1>Senior Account Executive – Medical Communications</h1> <p><strong>Manchester / Macclesfield/ London/ Hybrid</strong></p> <h2>The opportunity</h2> <p>Are you looking for a Senior Account Executive role that will give you exposure to the full breadth of medical communications?</p> <p>We're looking for an <strong>Senior Account Executive</strong> to join <strong>Ashfield MedComms</strong>, working across an exciting mix of <strong>publications and Medical Affairs programmes.</strong></p> <p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has built a foundation in medical communications and is ready to broaden their experience. You'll have the chance to develop across a varied portfolio of project and build your career and experience.</p> <p>You'll join a collaborative team where you'll work closely with experienced client services and scientific colleagues. You'll have plenty of opportunity to learn, contribute and develop towards the next stage of your career.</p> <h2>What you'll do</h2> <p>As a Senior Account Executive, you will help deliver multiple medical communications projects from initiation through to completion.</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Manage project activities, timelines, trackers and deliverables</li> <li>Work across a <strong>broad mix of publications and Medical Affairs projects</strong></li> <li>Support publications including <strong>abstracts, posters, manuscripts and congress activities</strong></li> <li>Deliver Medical Affairs initiatives such as <strong>advisory boards, scientific meetings, medical education and stakeholder engagement activities</strong></li> <li>Be an important contact for clients and build relationships</li> <li>Coordinate internal scientific, editorial, creative and client services teams</li> <li>Support project budgets, financial tracking and invoicing</li> <li>Identify potential risks or challenges and working with the wider team to find practical solutions</li> <li>Contribute ideas and help to continuously improve how projects are delivered</li> <li>Develop your understanding of client strategy and the wider objectives behind each programme</li> </ul> <h2>What we're looking for</h2> <p>We're looking for someone who has:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience within a <strong>medical communications agency or similar healthcare communications environment</strong></li> <li>Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities</li> <li>Organisational and project management skills</li> <li>Confidence communicating with clients and team members</li> <li>An understanding of the medical communications project lifecycle</li> <li>Experience in <strong>publications and/or Medical Affairs</strong>, with an interest in developing across both</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach</li> </ul> <h2>Why join Ashfield MedComms?</h2> <p>You'll gain exposure to different project types, clients and ways of working, helping you build a rounded medical communications skill set.</p> <p>If you're ready to build on your medical communications experience and take the next step in a role offering <strong>breadth, responsibility and career development</strong>, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p>At Inizio Medical, we believe our people are our strength.
